How fast will I actually hear back?
Within one business day, Monday through Friday. Most emails get answered the same day they arrive. If you write on a Saturday, expect the reply on Monday — and if your case needs digging, we still reply first to tell you it is being looked at.
Where is my order?
Email your order number and we will check it for you. Shipping is free and takes 7-14 business days after your order is confirmed; custom mats start that clock at print confirmation. If tracking has stalled, we chase it — you should not have to.
How do returns and refunds work?

I ordered a custom mat. Do I send my image here?
Send it to the same address — [email protected], with your order number in the subject line — but read the Send Your Design page first. It covers resolution minimums (2,000 px wide for the XXL, 1,000 px for the standard pad), file formats, and what we politely refuse. A human confirms your print before production starts.
Do you offer phone or live chat support?
No. We are a small team, and one well-run inbox beats a phone line nobody answers. Email gives you a written thread with your order number attached, and it lets us check your order properly before replying instead of improvising on a call.
Can I change or cancel an order after paying?
Email immediately with your order number. Ready-made mats move to fulfillment quickly, so speed matters. Custom mats give you more room: nothing enters production until you confirm your design, so there is always a window to adjust the image or cancel outright.
